Monitoring & Evaluation
I have vast experience, training and skills in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL). Since 2014, I have offered technical support in monitoring, evaluations, social research with Gutsinda  development group, Development and Relief Initiative, Lutheran world relief, Finn Church aid, ministry of Health, Uganda Virus Institute, Makerere school of public health  among others.

I have vast experience, training and skills in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL). Since 2014, I have offered technical support in monitoring, evaluations, social research with Gutsinda  development group, Development and Relief Initiative, Lutheran world relief, Finn Church aid, ministry of Health, Uganda Virus Institute, Makerere school of public health  among others. In these MEL roles, I have used both qualitative and quantitative research methods. I am a self-motivated, solution oriented, results-driven, a good team player with good writing, presentation and communication skills. I am comfortable to work within a multi-cultural environment and teams of diverse backgrounds. In addition, in my previous work I have used digital platforms for data collection (mobile data collection) like Open data Kit (ODK), managed cloud-based dashboards (digital platforms) to track program performance, social accountability, and used the Salesforce based M&E system to track project performance.

I have managed and participated in several baseline studies, impact evaluation, needs assessment and established M&E systems. Academically, I hold a Post graduate Diploma in monitoring and evaluation from Uganda management Institute and a degree  Bachelors of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University-Uganda.
